You cannot delete High Level CRM contacts from the Contact Details screen, only via #CRM bulk select. With the setup shown in this video, it’s as simple as adding a ‘delete this contact’ tag. When you build your own–either by hitting the GHL API with a DELETE webhook or by sending a POST to your Make.com webhook–you might want to add a 5 minute Wait step in your Workflow to prevent accidental deletion from accidentally adding this tag to a contact. You’d need to add a 2nd Workflow that handles *removing* of the ‘delete this contact’ tag that would remove them from the Workflow that hits the #GoHighLevel #API.
